Food & Training Notes Sunday


Weight: 72 kilos

Food:

Brunch:  1 x fried egg in sandwich, ice lolly
               Cup of Tea, Multi vits tab, 1 x Roid tab.
              

Dinner:  roast beef dinner, glass water, 1 x Roid tab.


Late Snack: Cuppa tea,

Training: 
                  
45 mins free weights and bench @ home.

Post training: 500 ml Maxi muscle pro-gain protien shake.

Brunch:  3 x rashers back bacon 2 x fried eggs
               Cup of Tea, Multi vits tab, Glass veg juice, 1 x Roid tab.
              

Dinner:  2 bits fish, mash, cauliflower cheese, glass coke, glass water, 1 x Roid tab.


Late Snack: Cuppa tea, 1 beer, smoothie, bacon sandwich, lemon slice.

Training: 
                  
45 mins free weights and bench @ home.

               Cup of Tea, Multi vits tab, Glass veg juice, 1 x Roid tab.
              

Dinner:  mince and rice, tuna and pasta salad, jaffa cakes, glass coke, glass water, 1 x Roid tab.


Late Snack: Cuppa tea, chicken burger, 4 bottles beer.

Training: 
                  
1 hr 15 mins weights @ gym.

Post training: 500 ml Maxi muscle pro-gain protien shake.

Dinner:  mince and potatoes, protien shake small, glass coke, glass water, 1 x Roid tab.


Late Snack: 2 bits fried chicken, 7 bottles beer.

Training: 
                  
25 mins free weights and bench @ home.
1 and half hours cardio @ kickboxing.
